Smith writes: I am currently volunteering in the local church Carolyn and I attend and also as a visitor for the United Methodist Endorsing Agency to those in the extension ministries throughout the State of Alabama. I have been Vice President for Local Chapters of USACCRA, attempting to encourage a volunteer living near one of the Army Posts in the CONUS to start a local chapter in that area.
